What will you Experience during a Session?

First, we will discuss your treatment goals. Next, I will discuss my treatment plan for the session. Then, we will work together to release each treatment area. 

Example: Client has tight hamstrings and painful knees when walking. 

First treatment area would be back of legs.  Working from the top of the femur down. With a ball placed between the leg and the table, with client laying face up. I then will place my hands on the top of the client’s leg, and traction down and around the ball. Stimulating the bone, as I work down the leg towards the toe. I will continue to align, stimulate, and release bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments all while breaking down fascia and creating space for improved flow of the circulatory and lymphatic systems.

History of Yamuna Body Rolling and Rachel

Yamuna Body Rolling was invented by Yamuna Zake in New York City in 1979. She is one incredible woman. I had the privilege of meeting her in April 2017. I received my training from Yamuna herself at that time. This was an amazing hands on training, and receiving of treatments.  I have been doing Table Treatments for the past 2 yrs with amazing sucess.  The summer 2018 I obtained my YBR Practitioner certification.  Which has allowed me to start teaching.  I currently have a re-occuring class that happens on every other Sunday.  This is a full body workout, where I teach you how to access all of your muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones.  To acheive proper alignment, improved body function, and awareness.  I will be traveling to Florida this April to receive a certification in face ball.  Face Ball rolling is an incredible modality.  Same concepts are used on the face to relieve TMJ, stress, tension, migraine headaches etc.  Continue to watch the website for future classes and independent sessions in Face ball rolling.

I personally stumbled upon this work many years ago when I had horrible Planter fasciitis.  I was workinig as a CNA and was always on my feet, which made it impossible to heal.  I got on the web and found Yamuna body rolling, and have been rolling ever since.  With Yamuna body rolling I have been able to improve every area of my body. I look forward to working with each one of you on your life goals!
