First, we will discuss your treatment goals. Next, I will discuss my treatment plan for the session. Then, we will work together to release each treatment area.
Example: Client has tight hamstrings and painful knees when walking.
First treatment area would be back of legs. Working from the top of the femur down. With a ball placed between the leg and the table, with client laying face up. I then will place my hands on the top of the client’s leg, and traction down and around the ball. Stimulating the bone, as I work down the leg towards the toe. I will continue to align, stimulate, and release bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments all while breaking down fascia and creating space for improved flow of the circulatory and lymphatic systems.
Yamuna Body Rolling was invented by Yamuna Zake in New York City in 1979. She is one incredible woman. I had the privilege of meeting her in April 2017. I received my training from Yamuna herself at that time. This was an amazing hands on training, and receiving of treatments. I have been self-rolling for over 10 years, and have been able to improve every area of my body. I look forward to working with each one of you on your life goals!
